Ham And Cream Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 lb. Polish ham, shaved and chopped fine
    1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
    1 tsp. garlic powder or to taste
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    walnuts, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese until soft and fluffy.
    Add the onions, ham and garlic powder.
    Mix well.
    Adjust garlic powder, if necessary, by tasting mixture.
    Chill well.
    Form into 2 or 3 balls and roll in shredded Cheddar to coat.
    Walnuts may also be used to coat.
