Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salt
3 c. flour
3 c. water
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
6 tsp. cream of tartar
food coloring

Preparation

Put all ingredients in a heavy pan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until dough cleans sides of pan.
Remove from heat; cool slightly and knead until pliable.
Store in an airtight container.
