Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. hamburger meat
    4 oz. Mexican chili powder
    3 onions
    4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet.
    Add onions and simmer.
    Then add chili powder and stir well.
    Add the tomato sauce and 4 cans water.
    Add 1/4 pound crackers for thickness.
    Simmer for 2 hours.
    Makes 1 gallon.
