Chicken Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice, cooled
    3 Tbsp. oil
    onion to taste
    2 to 4 eggs, beaten
    1 to 1 1/2 c. cooked vegetable of your choice (some suggestions: peas, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower)
    1 (3/4 oz.) pkg. Sun-bird fried rice Oriental seasoning mix
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can cooked chicken meat or use freshly cooked chicken breast meat
    1 (6 oz.) can shrimp (optional)
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat oil, then stir-fry rice and onions. Add soy sauce and seasoning mix and stir-fry for a few minutes. Push rice to outside of pan, leaving a circle, then add eggs and scramble within the circle.
