Hominy And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can hominy
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small can green chilies, chopped
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Heat soup, chilies, onions and cheese over low heat until cheese melts.
    Drain hominy and put into casserole dish.
    Pour cheese mixture over hominy.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
