Snowy Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
6 drops yellow food color
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/4 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation

Pour water over gelatin and dissolve.
Add mustard, paprika, salt and food coloring.
Chill until partially set.
Fold in celery, onion and green pepper.
Combine cottage cheese, whipped cream and sour cream.
Fold into gelatin mixture.
Chill until firm.
