Chicken Chalupas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

corn tortillas
4 large chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
3/4 lb. Jack cheese, grated
1 small can sliced olives
1 small can chopped green chili peppers
1 small bunch green onions, diced
3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix soup, sour cream, chili peppers, onion and olives. Mix together and add Jack cheese. Remove 2 cups of this mixture and set aside. Add chicken to remainder. Drop large spoonfuls of chicken mixture into tortillas, enchilada style, and roll. Place into 13 x 9 glass pan. Pour remainder of mixture over chalupas to cover. Top with all the Cheddar and spread to cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes until hot and bubbly. Enjoy.
