Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind (important to have rind)

Preparation

Whip eggs slightly.
Then add sugar, flour, lemon juice and rind.
Pour on top of base and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool slightly and sprinkle with plenty of confectioners sugar.
