Portuguese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chicken stock
    1 kielbasa, chunked
    1 large carrot, sliced
    1 medium onion, diced
    3/4 medium cabbage, chopped
    1 (14 oz.) can red kidney beans
    1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes, crushed
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 lb. potatoes, diced
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into a large pot, bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
