Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    3 bananas, mashed to a pulp
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat oil and sugar together.
    Add eggs and bananas; beat well. Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
    Add to first mixture with milk and vanilla; beat well.
    Stir in nuts.
    Bake in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan (greased and floured).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for an hour.
