Paw Paw Glaze'S Shrimp And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raw rice
1 stick butter
1 white onion, chopped
3 ribs celery, chopped
3 pods garlic, chopped
1 lb. raw shrimp
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. parsley
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, blended
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Cook rice.
Saute onion, celery, garlic, bell pepper and parsley until tender in melted butter.
Combine in large casserole dish the rice, vegetables, tomatoes, soup and raw shrimp.
Bake, covered, at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until rice is tender.
