Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. cooked spaghetti noodles
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 (28 oz.) jar prepared spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Into hot cooked spaghetti noodles, stir in butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs.
Form spaghetti noodles into a \"crust\" in a buttered 10-inch pie plate.
Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti crust.
Cook ground beef and add it to prepared spaghetti sauce and heat through.
Put meat sauce on top of cottage cheese.
Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
Serves 6.
