Mystery Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    20 crushed Hi Ho crackers
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Beat egg whites, sugar and vanilla until stiff.
    Mix crackers, pecans and coconut; add to egg white mix.
    Pour into pie pan and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
