Mountain Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. apples, chopped
    1 1/2 c. nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix eggs, oil and sugar; blend well. Add flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
    Add vanilla, apples and nuts. Mix well and pour into Bundt pan.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    While cake is still hot, pour hot topping over it.
    Let cool.
