Hutzler'S Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 1/2 c. bread flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    13 1/2 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 cake or pkg. yeast
    1 c. water (lukewarm)
    2 1/4 Tbsp. margarine or butter
Preparation
    Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water.
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Knead dough and let rise until double in bulk, about 2 hours.
    Divide into four parts and put in greased 4 x 8-inch bread pans.
    Let rise again and bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for one hour.
