Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pouch dry onion mix
    1 beaten egg
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix 1/2 of mushroom soup, beef, onion mix, egg and bread crumbs.
    In 12 x 8-inch pan, shape mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Spoon off 2 tablespoons of drippings.
    Heat remaining soup, water and drippings.
    Heat to desired consistency.
    Spoon over meat loaf.
