Lemon Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lemons
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 pt. milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon extract
    Seven-Up or favorite lemon pop
Preparation
    Grate rind and squeeze lemons.
    Reserve rind.
    Add sugar to juice. Beat at slow speed of electric mixer. Add milk slowly. Beat until smooth. Add reserved rind and lemon extract.
    Chill. Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of syrup into glass. Fill with Seven-Up and serve.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
