Herbed Potatoes And Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 small potatoes, very thinly sliced
1 medium onion, very thinly sliced
4 medium carrots, very thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. Italian dressing
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 ice cubes
Preparation
-
Place vegetables on a 24 x 18-inch piece of double thickness heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Sprinkle with remaining ingredients and add ice cubes on top.
Wrap foil securely.
Cover and grill packet 3 to 5 inches from medium coals for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once, until vegetables are tender.
Makes 4 servings.
