Speedy Sausage Macaroni Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (12 oz.) pkg. fully cooked sausage links
3 (15 oz.) cans macaroni and cheese sauce
3/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 (8 oz.) pkg. process American cheese
2 tomatoes, sliced
Preparation

Reserve 12 sausage links for top of pan.
Cut remaining links diagonally into 1/4-inch slices.
Combine sliced sausage, macaroni with cheese sauce, onion and mustard in large, shallow skillet. Mix; cover.
Bring to serving temperature, stirring carefully several times during heating.
Heat remaining sausage links in skillet or hot water as directed on package.
Arrange links on top of heated macaroni.
Cut American cheese in half diagonally. Garnish top of sausage links with overlapping cheese and tomato slices.
Let stand just until cheese softens.
