Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 c. finely shredded apples
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Combine margarine, sugar and eggs in bowl; mix well.
    Add cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice and apples.
    Spoon into pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until brown.
    Pie will resemble pecan pie in color.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
