Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. chicken wings
1 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation

Cut chicken wings at joints.
Place in a large bowl.
Combine the oil, soy sauce, ginger, lemon juice and garlic.
Pour over chicken wings.
Marinate wings several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Discard marinade.
Bake wings at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Increase heat to 450\u00b0 and bake 15 minutes longer. Serves 20 to 25 people as a party appetizer.
