Ingredients

2 c. pecans
1 egg white
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat egg white stiff; add sugar, vanilla and pecans.
Cover pecans good; form into small cookies and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Turn oven off and leave cookies in oven for 30 more minutes.
