Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly.
Add rest of ingredients, except nutmeg. Pour into pie crust.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake in preheated oven at 450\u00b0for 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until a knife inserted half way between center and edge comes clean, about 15 to 20 minutes.
