Country Club Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 8 tender small yellow squash
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 bouillon cube
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut and cook squash until tender.
    Mash.
    Add salt, pepper, butter, bouillon and water.
    Add egg and sour cream.
    Pour in 1-quart casserole dish.
    Combine bread crumbs, grated cheese and paprika.
    Sprinkle on top of squash.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
