Herb Marinated Tomatoes(About 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large tomatoes, cut into 1/2 inch slices
    2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
    1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Arrange tomato slices on a platter, sprinkle with basil, parsley and oregano.
    Combine lemon juice and vinegar, drizzle over tomatoes.
    Cover and chill - 2 hours.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
