Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. onion
    1 can diced water chestnuts
    1 c. Cheddar cheese or Velveeta, grated
    Ritz crackers
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Cook vegetables until tender.
    Mix vegetables, mayonnaise, onion, chestnuts and cheese.
    Put in a casserole and crumble Ritz crackers on the top.
    Melt butter and pour over the top of the casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until it is bubbly and hot through.
