Apple Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. lukewarm water or milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    bread crumbs
    butter
    apples
    raisins
    sugar
    cinnamon
    1/2 lemon
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients; let stand in oven 1/2 hour. Add the butter; knead in dough.
    Slap on table several times until it forms blisters.
    Roll dough on cloth from center out; stretch if necessary.
    Brown bread crumbs in a pan with butter until light brown.
    Spread on dough; fill with apples, raisins, sugar and cinnamon.
    Squeeze 1/2 lemon on top.
    Roll into a Strudel.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until light brown.
