Patio Nacho Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (21 oz. or 15 1/2 oz.) can pork and beans in tomato sauce
1 (16 oz. or 12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1 Tbsp. chili powder
4 oz. tortilla chips, crumbled
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained
1 1/2 c. shredded Jack cheese
Preparation

In 13 x 9-inch microwave-safe baking dish, combine ground beef and onion, breaking meat apart with fork.
Microwave on High, covered with wax paper, about 5 minutes, stirring once.
Add pork and beans, corn, tomato soup and chili powder, mixing well. Microwave on High, covered with wax paper, 10 to 12 minutes, stirring twice, until thoroughly hot and bubbling.
