Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
3/4 c. rice
1 tomato, sliced
1 bell pepper
1 onion, sliced
1 can beef bouillon
Preparation

Place raw rice in bottom of pan.
Brown pork chops.
Place pork chops on top of rice.
Place sliced onion, bell pepper and tomato.
Salt and pepper.
Pour bouillon over the top and cover. Cook at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour. Add water if needed.
