Golden Potato Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium unpeeled, scrubbed all-purpose potatoes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 stick melted butter
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
chives (optional addition)
grated Parmesan cheese (optional addition)
Preparation

Cut each potato into 10 to 12 wedges.
Place potatoes in a shallow baking pan.
Melt butter and mix with oil and add remaining ingredients except cheese.
Then pour mixture over wedges and mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 minutes longer.
