Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 large eggs
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
In medium bowl, beat syrup, sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt with a fork until mixed.
Stir in pecans.
Pour in pie shell and bake 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 35 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
Place on wire rack to cool.
