Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 medium zucchini, peeled and sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. basil leaves
    1 clove garlic, diced
    4 to 5 tomatoes, cut in half and sliced
    salt
    pepper
    1 block grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute zucchini, onion, oregano, Italian seasoning, basil leaves, garlic, salt and pepper until zucchini is tender.
    In a large greased casserole dish, layer zucchini, tomatoes and cheese, making as many layers as you can, ending with cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
