Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    4 eggs, beaten well
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and put in greased and floured loaf pans (2).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until done.
