French Fried Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. enriched flour
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. ice water
1 egg
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 lb. clean shrimp
Preparation

Combine ingredients, except shrimp.
Beat well.
Dry shrimp thoroughly and remove black vein. Dip in batter.
Fry in deep hot fat at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
Drain on paper towel.
Serve immediately with tartar sauce.
