Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 c. All-Bran cereal
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/3 c. fruit sweetener
    1/3 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 c. nonfat yogurt
    2 eggs
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
    1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Cream margarine, fruit sweetener, applesauce and yogurt.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time. Combine dry ingredients separately and stir into batter.
    Add vanilla; add blueberries and nuts.
    Spoon batter into 15 muffin cups which have been sprayed with nonstick coating.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 15 muffins.
