Crab Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. picked crab meat
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
4 to 5 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1 recipe white cornbread
3 to 4 slices white bread (optional)
1 to 2 eggs
water
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute onion, pepper and celery.
Crumble cornbread into dish. Cover with sauteed mixture.
Mix well.
Crumble bread slices into mixture.
Add eggs.
Blend well.
Mix by hand.
Add crab meat. Add enough water to make pliable.
Salt and pepper to taste. Spread in casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
