Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced zucchini
    3 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients in blender.
    Pour blended mixture into mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients.
    Nuts or raisins may be added.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Sprinkle tops with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Freezes well.
