Bread Pudding With Raisins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. white bread cubes
    1/2 c. raisins, soaked in water 5 minutes
    1/2 c. honey
    1 qt. milk
    5 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vanilla flavor
    1 Tbsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine the milk,
    eggs, honey, sugar and flavor;
    beat well. In a greased baking pan, put the bread.
    Pour the other ingredients.
    Bake in a
    moderate
    oven
    at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until a knife is
    inserted
    in the center and comes out clean. Before baking, sprinkle
    the
    top
    of
    the
    pudding
    with
    the nutmeg.
    Serves 6 to 8.
