Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans drained sauerkraut
    1/3 c. chopped green sweet pepper
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. sugar or 1/3 c. Sweet 'N Low
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Best if it sets 1 or 2 days before eating.
