Pork Chops With Amber Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
salt and pepper
1 1/3 c. instant rice
1 c. orange juice
1 can condensed chicken rice soup
Preparation

Brown chops in heavy skillet; season with salt and pepper. Place rice in 12 x 10 x 2-inch baking dish and pour orange juice over rice.
Arrange chops on rice.
Pour chicken soup over all. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
