Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, blended squash
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs (dry)
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Melt butter
    in hot milk, pour over 1 cup bread crumbs, mix well
    and
    add to cooked, blended squash.
    Add seasonings. Beat eggs
    well
    and add to mixture.
    Pour into buttered dish. Top with 1/2
    cup buttered bread crumbs and bake at 300\u00b0 until firm, about 45 minutes.
