Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
3 Tbsp. orange juice
2 1/4 c. flour, sifted
1 egg white, unbeaten
broken nuts
sugar
Preparation

Cream butter and sugars together.
Add orange rind and juice, mix well.
Add sifted flour a little at a time until mixture is firm.
Shape into a roll.
Chill 1 hour.
When ready to bake, slice thin.
Brush tops with unbeaten egg white and sprinkle with broken nuts and sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown.
