Pesto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. tightly packed fresh basil leaves
1/2 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. pine nuts
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
3 small cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
In the bowl of food processor or in blender container, place all ingredients.
Process in a pulsating motion, turning machine on and off until blended.
