Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped hot red peppers or green peppers
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. wine vinegar
    1 1/2 envelopes liquid fruit pectin
Preparation
    Seed peppers.
    Chop or put in food processor.
    Mix peppers with sugar and vinegar.
    Bring to boil.
    Boil 1 minute; lower fire and cook 5 minutes, then add liquid pectin.
    Pour into warmed clean jelly jars or mold.
    Make sure jelly lids seal.
