Sauerkraut Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. sauerkraut
1 qt. tomatoes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 lb. noodles
1 or 1 1/2 lb. sausage
Preparation

Brown sausage.
Cook noodles in salted water; drain.
Mix sugar and tomatoes.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl (makes 2-quart size or one large casserole).
Sprinkle with pepper and grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
