Pineapple Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. corn syrup
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, syrup, pineapple and milk in saucepan.
Cook, stirring frequently, to soft ball stage, 236\u00b0.
Let cool slightly. Add vanilla.
Beat until thick and smooth.
Pour into greased pan. Cut into squares when hard.
