Polish Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 1/2 lb. Polish sausage, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    2 (16 oz.) cans sauerkraut
    1 1/2 c. milk
    8 oz. pkg. medium noodles
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    3/4 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Rinse kraut with cold water.
    Press to drain well.
    Combine onion, soup, milk and mustard in bowl.
    Blend well.
    Spread kraut in 13 x 9-inch greased baking dish.
    Top with sausage, then cheese.
    Mix crumbs and butter.
    Sprinkle over top.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until noodles are tender.
