Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

potatoes
melted margarine
parsley, chives or sage
grated cheese or Parmesan
salt
Preparation

Peel potatoes if skin is tough.
Cut potatoes in slices, but not all the way through.
(Lay a wooden spoon handle beside potato to bump and not cut through.)
Place in dish.
Sprinkle with melted margarine and parsley, chives or sage.
