Fried Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. fresh shrimp
    2 c. butter milk
    flour
Preparation
    De-head, peel and devein shrimp.
    Rinse and drain well. Place 2 c. butter milk in bowl.
    Put 2 c. flour on wax paper.
    Let shrimp soak in milk for 20 minutes.
    Dip in flour and then deep fry until golden brown.
