Dill Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. water
1/4 c. salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. turmeric
1 c. vinegar
small amount dill
desired amount pickles
Preparation
-
Heat water, vinegar, salt and turmeric and boil until they turn color.
For more dill flavor, put dill weed or dill seed in each jar.
Put in jars, covering with juice and seal.
